Heene Parents Deserve Their Punishment

What a weird week it’s been as far as current events go. I’m sure that by now you’ve heard about the Heene incident, as the balloon boy story was captured by just about every major media outlet. The Heene parents decided to call authorities to let them know that their son Falcon had been taken into the air by a homemade balloon.

I just came across an article from a few years ago that stated that Americans chose Pearl Jam as the greatest American rock band of all-time in a survey. Don’t get me wrong – I really like Eddie Vedder and the rest of the band, but I was shocked to see Pearl Jam as number one!

One of my favorite bands since the 1990s was Ben Folds Five. A very unique band, they came up with a fresh sound last decade and took the music world by storm, producing some of the best music of the decade.
